    Post Manager lets you save your own Telegram messages as reusable posts.

    You record the original message in a private chat with the bot, then manage the saved post in the Mini App. Later, you can push it to a group or channel you manage.

    • Save single Telegram messages as reusable posts
    • Give each post a clear title for easier management
    • Edit the text or caption used when pushing the post
    • Add URL buttons under the pushed message
    • Search saved posts by title or text
    • Push a post to a group, channel, or topic you manage
    • Delete posts you no longer need

    How to Save a Post

    Post recording must be done in a private chat with the bot.

    1. Open a private chat with Askify AI Bot.
    2. Send /post.
    3. Tap the button to record a post message.
    4. Send one single message to the bot.
    5. Open the Post Manager in the Mini App to edit and push it.

    The /post command only works in private chats.

    Supported Message Types

    Post Manager supports single messages, including:

    • Text
    • Photo
    • Video
    • GIF / animation
    • File
    • Audio
    • Voice
    • Video note
    • Sticker

    Albums and multi-message groups are not supported. Save one message at a time.

    Managing Posts in the Mini App

    After a message is saved, open Post Manager to:

    • Rename the post title
    • Edit the text or caption
    • Add or remove bottom URL buttons
    • Choose a target group or channel
    • Enter an optional topic ID
    • Push the post

    You can save up to 100 posts.

    Push Targets

    Posts can only be pushed to groups or channels you manage.

    If the target is a forum topic, enter the topic ID before pushing. If you leave the topic ID empty, the post is sent to the default chat stream.

    Push Limits

    To keep the bot stable and prevent accidental repeated pushes:

    • You can push up to 20 posts per day
    • You need to wait at least 5 seconds between pushes

    The daily limit follows your own configured timezone.

    Notes

    • The original message is copied when pushing
    • Edited text or caption is applied when supported by the message type
    • Bottom buttons are URL buttons shown under the pushed message
    • Deleting a saved post removes it from your Post Manager

    Commands

    • /post: Open the post recording and management panel in private chat
