Block messages sent through other bots
This group-management feature helps prevent ads, promotion links, anonymous submissions, and other spam from being posted through other bots.
Some Telegram messages are sent by a user through an inline bot, search bot, GIF bot, submission bot, or another bot. When this feature is enabled, Askify AI Bot can detect those messages and delete them automatically.
What it does
- Deletes messages sent through other bots when they appear in channel comments.
- Can also delete the same type of messages anywhere in the group.
- Helps reduce ads, external links, promotions, and bot-assisted spam.
How to use
- Add Askify AI Bot to your group and make it an admin.
- Open
/manage. - Select the group you want to configure.
- Open Block messages sent through other bots.
- Turn on the main switch.
Scope setting
The module has an extra scope switch:
- Off: only delete matching messages in channel comments.
- On: delete matching messages anywhere in the group.
Notes
- This feature only supports groups and supergroups.
- The bot needs permission to delete messages.
- It is designed for moderation and anti-ad use cases, especially when users send promotional content through inline bots or submission bots.
