Business Smart Replies
Business Smart Replies lets Askify AI Bot reply to messages for your connected Telegram Business account.
You can open the page from the Mini App, or use the /business command in Telegram.
What You Can Do
- Add keyword reply rules for your connected Business account
- Choose exact match or fuzzy match for each keyword
- Set the reply text sent when a rule matches
- Enable or disable each rule
- Edit or delete rules from the Mini App
Before You Use It
Connect Askify AI Bot to your Telegram Business account first.
When you set up the Business connection, enable the required permissions, especially reading messages and sending messages. Without these permissions, Askify AI Bot cannot read incoming Business messages or send smart replies.
Add a Keyword Rule
- Open Business Smart Replies.
- Tap Add rule.
- Enter the keyword.
- Enter the reply text.
- Choose exact match or fuzzy match.
- Save the rule.
New rules are enabled by default.
Each user can add up to 100 keyword rules.
Match Types
Exact match replies only when the incoming message text is exactly the same as the keyword.
Fuzzy match replies when the incoming message contains the keyword.
Edit or Delete
You can view, edit, enable, disable, or delete keyword rules from the Mini App.
Notes
Business Smart Replies only works for messages that arrive through the connected Telegram Business account.
If replies are not sent, check that the Business connection is still active and that message reading and message sending permissions are enabled.
